San Lazzaro Building - Bologna, Italy

54

Bologna The structure of the San Lazzaro building, slender and hyper modern, enjoys the quiet outside the city and a priceless view of the hills. The infinite glass windows, the chic furnishings and the innovative proportions give it a modern graceful touch.

Many of our collections have found space in the building. The spaces outside the entrances are paved with In & Out Percorsi Extra 20mm large stone-effect porcelain stoneware , in the Pietra di Vals and Pietra di Faedis versions.

Upon entering, one immediately sees the wall in strips of Paths Quartz, thanks to a play of shadows. The Evoke wood effect, a structured and natural version, covers the base of the terraces. For the stairs, our Moov concrete effect porcelain stoneware was chosen.
Inside the apartments, resin and concrete effects accentuate the metropolitan verve of the building.

We thank the surveyor Claudio Paolazzi and Luciano Busani for the shots.
