Private Villa - Belgrade, Serbia

In the green surroundings of one of the most beautiful residential areas of the Serbian capital city, you will find an elegant private villa, an example of the aesthetic results and excellent performance of Ceramiche Keope porcelain stoneware. Characterised by a modern and carefully crafted design, the villa distinguishes itself by virtue of the masterful use of the In&Out Percorsi Extra collection: an eclectic and resistant solution that, thanks to the natural texture of stone, gives the villa a refined and timeless atmosphere.

The exterior areas of the villa, designed by Milos Radivojevic and Vladan Nikolic – of the studio Arhitektonik – interact harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment thanks to Pietra di Barge and, in particular, to its capacity to define spaces with elegance, create paths that lead to the outhouse, highlight the imposing entrance staircase and trace out geometrical patterns in the charming garden. The In&Out Percorsi Extra collection, chosen in its structured and rectified 60x60cm size and 20 mm thickness, is the perfect solution for paving residential and commercial spaces and for fulfilling the need to create continuity between indoor and the outdoor areas. Moreover, 20mm slabs can be installed dry on gravel, sand and grass, hence giving you the possibility to create paving that can be used immediately, without the need to provide a screed or use adhesives or mortar.

A result of the company's continuous commitment to research and innovation, Percorsi Extra In&Out combines aesthetic excellence with a high technical performance, thus offering reliability, sturdiness and durability. Furthermore, like all Ceramiche Keope collections, this series bears the GreenThinking logo, which attests to the commitment of Ceramiche Keope to protection of the environment. The Made in Italy mark guarantees sound principles, such as style, design, innovation and quality and above all respect for the environment and for people.
