Turin as Munich. The waters of the Po like those of the Isar. In a charming building not far from the river, the Löwengrube brewery recreates the evocative and cheerful atmosphere of typical Bavarian restaurants in the city.

In a large space built on two floors and a large terrace, wood reigns supreme, with the warmth of its shades and the naturalness of its designs. The 15x90 porcelain stoneware tiles of the Soul collection, chosen here for the soft Walnut shade floor, with their harmonious veins and marked graphic patterns that mimic the signs left by time, give the environment an intriguing vintage spirit.

It has a German style, but of a different sort, for large kitchens, where the shiny grey of the steel in the working areas and the bright colour of the full-body porcelain stoneware floor of the 30x30 Granigliati line create an environment in which resistance, strength and ease of cleaning are essential and immediately visible features.

We thank the architect Simone Batani and the photographer Luciano Busani.
