Villa Terra is a private residence located on the Croatian coast, nestled in the verdant heart of the Mediterranean maquis. The large windows open onto the intense blue of the sea, which almost seems within reach. The modern Mediterranean style, perfectly in harmony with the surrounding landscape, is evident in the minimalist spaces, warm, soft colors, and natural stone-effect ceramic tiles.
The stone-effect porcelain stoneware from the Omnia collection, in the Tivoli Ivory version, covers the villa's exterior floors and walls, including the pool area and garden paths. The luminous veining of the 120x240 cm slabs is also found throughout the interiors, creating a visually striking, homogeneous effect.
