The Black House by Dualchas Architects nestles in a strip of the rocky coast of the Isle of Skye, a land where nature dictates the rhythms of life. In the Scottish residence, the cement effect of the Moov collection, Grey tone, covers walls and floors in the 45x45cm format.
Porcelain stoneware surfaces interact perfectly with minimalist materials, shapes, and colors — a compact, ultra-contemporary synthesis of new natural and industrial inspirations.
The project was a finalist in the RIBA House of the Year 2019 competition.
