Villa Esperia is a medical center that has been active in Milan since 1989. The recent renovation by Studio Arché included the installation of new porcelain tile floors over an area of about 600 square meters. For this project, the architectural studio chose the elegance of marble-effect porcelain stoneware in the color Calacatta combined with Persian Grey, both from the Elements Lux series. The floors in the waiting room play on the color contrast between the two marbles, which mirror each other. The light veining of Persian Grey recalls the white of Calacatta, which in turn is furrowed by dark grey threads matching Persian Grey. For the medical office area, on the other hand, Persian Grey runs throughout the surface.
The formats used in this project are: Persian Grey 60x120 cm and Calacatta 60x60 cm.
